juice for everyone

Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 2026 · This is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.

Our goal

Everyone should be able to find their way around juicefactory.at, whether they use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or a phone. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. You'll find the known limitations below. This assessment is based on a self-evaluation.

What we have done

  • Every page can be used entirely with a keyboard, and the focus is always clearly visible.
  • A “Skip to content” link jumps straight past the navigation.
  • Headings, lists, landmarks and form labels are marked up semantically.
  • Meaningful images have alternative text; decorative images are skipped by screen readers.
  • Text and controls meet the contrast requirements.
  • Moving content (the product slider) can be paused and stays still when “reduce motion” is switched on in your system settings.
  • Pages can be zoomed to 200 % and work from a width of 320 px without horizontal scrolling.
  • Forms show errors as text and move the focus to the first field that needs attention.
  • Prices and ingredients are real text on the page, not part of images.

Known limitations

  • Some street names and Austrian terms (e.g. “Währinger Straße”) are in German and may not be pronounced quite correctly by English-language screen readers.
  • Linked services such as Google Maps, Instagram or Tripadvisor are beyond our control.
